ROA’s leadership has established an acumen for and collaborates with a team of individuals, with varying talents, to problem solve and develop organizations. ROA services help human services agencies become better advocates for children and youth, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals in geriatric or mental health residential placements through assessments, planning, and consulting.
